Twenty years on the
other side of the door.
Wild 'n' Fresh Ltd is an independent, family-run fine food supplier, dedicated to delivering the finest produce from around the world.
We started this because we spent two decades unpacking other people's mistakes.
Our background is Michelin-starred kitchens and superyacht provisioning. Two environments with nothing in common except that in both of them, a bad box at 7am ruins the day and there is nowhere to hide. You learn very quickly which suppliers have cooked and which ones have only ever sold.
So Wild 'n' Fresh is built the way we wished someone had built it for us. We buy at market ourselves. We know the growers, the butchers and the boats by name. We tell you when something isn't good this week rather than sending it anyway and hoping you are too busy to send it back.
The producers we work with are obsessive in the way the best kitchens are obsessive. Graded wagyu, caviar from houses we have sat in, truffle bought by nose rather than invoice. They care enough to get the eating quality right, every time.

You are talking to someone who has worked a section. We know what 'I need it for Thursday' actually means, and we know what a substitution costs you on the pass.
Short lists, bought well
We would rather carry twelve good things than sixty average ones. Everything on our list is there because we would put it on a plate ourselves.
Family run, and staying that way
No investors to answer to, no growth target that forces us to buy cheaper. The business is the size it needs to be to keep the standard up.
